AFS Creative Finishes This spectacular floor was created to represent the movement of the Sacramento River and its sandy banks; it is located in the Sacramento Civic Center. First the floor was sprayed with Concrete Solutions spray top in a base color. Acid stain in green was applied to the surface and then sprayed again with the spray top in a random pattern and then a cream color was added. Solvent dyes from Decosup in green were applied after the sealer for a flowing water look. The tan areas were sand blasted to give the appearance of sand.
